Already a BnBFlow customer? The recommended way to get help is to open a support ticket from your web account at https://app.bnbflow.io (Support section) — tickets are linked to your account, so we can look into your exact setup and reply fastest there.

You can also reach the team by email at [email protected] or through the contact form. We reply within 1–2 business days, usually much faster.

Delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your BnBFlow account and its associated data at any time. There is no cost, and you do not need an active subscription.

How to request deletion:

  1. Email us at [email protected] from the email address of your BnBFlow account, with the subject “Delete my account” — or open a support ticket from your web account at https://app.bnbflow.io.
  2. We verify the request and permanently delete your account and personal data — including your profile, login credentials, uploaded photos, and device/push notification tokens — within 30 days.
  3. Guest and reservation data synced from your connected channels (Airbnb, Booking.com) is deleted together with your account.

Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, invoicing and accounting data) for the legally mandated period, after which they are also deleted. For details on what we collect and how we handle it, see our Privacy Policy.

Before you write

Including a few details helps us resolve your issue in one round-trip: the email address of your BnBFlow account, whether you use the mobile app or the web app, your device model, and a short description or screenshot of what you expected versus what happened.
