Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and add-on services provided by DTZ LABS SRL ("we", "us", "our") through the BnBFlow platform at https://app.bnbflow.io. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
2. No Refunds Policy
All payments made for BnBFlow subscriptions and add-on services are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, whether full or partial, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Unused time remaining on a subscription period
- Downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan
- Removal of add-on services during a billing period
- Dissatisfaction with the service
- Failure to use the service during the subscription period
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
- Monthly subscriptions: Your subscription remains active until the end of the current monthly billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent months.
- Yearly subscriptions: Your subscription remains active until the end of the annual billing period. You will not be charged for the subsequent year.
In all cases, you continue to have full access to BnBFlow until the end of the period you have already paid for. No refunds or credits are issued for the remaining time.
4. Add-On Services
Add-on services (such as Smart Lock Integration, WhatsApp Notifications, Smart Price, and others) follow the same no-refund terms. If an add-on is cancelled, it remains active until the end of the current billing period with no refund or credit.
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept payments in EUR and RON. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method for the duration of your subscription.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly. Chargebacks may result in suspension of your account during the dispute resolution process.
7. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason (the "cooling-off period"), in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
However, by accessing and using the BnBFlow platform after purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the digital service has been fully provided and that you expressly waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been accessed. If you have not accessed the platform during the 14-day cooling-off period, you are entitled to a full refund.
