Turn on automatic task generation and choose when it runs. Every night, BnBFlow creates the cleaning and linen change tasks for the next day’s departures, from every channel, and assigns them to your team. You can also generate them by hand for a chosen day.
I work with a cleaning company. Does BnBFlow help?
Yes. The day’s cleaning list goes out by email by itself, or you send it on WhatsApp, with the time windows and arrivals, without guest names. The company’s staff don’t need an account in the app.
What does the cleaning team see in the mobile app?
Their own tasks, with the property, the due time, who arrives next and any service notes. They start the task, tick the checklist, leave comments and close it with photos; cleaning needs at least one photo.
What happens to cleaning when I accept an early check-in?
The arrival time, the cleaning task time and the smart lock code move by themselves, and the person holding the task gets a notification. The task shows a “⏰ Early check-in” note with the time.
Which plan includes housekeeping and tasks?
Housekeeping, automatically created tasks and the field team come with the Professional plan. Users and the mobile app come with every plan.
