It all starts with a check-in.
Guests fill in and sign their form on the phone, the tax and the register keep themselves up to date, and the access code and messages go out on time.
- Online check-inOnline check-in: guests enter details, photograph their ID and sign the registration form on their phone. PDF form, register and access code: automatic.
- Tourist tax and guest registerTourist tax calculated automatically for every stay, paid online by the guest and reported monthly. The guest register fills in from check-in.
- Smart locksA unique code on your smart lock (e.g. TTLock, Nuki, Tuya) for every stay, sent to the guest automatically, active only between check-in and check-out.
- WhatsApp messagesOn WhatsApp, guests get their access code and stay page after the check-in form, and the check-in link the day before. On templates approved by Meta.

- Owner portal and invoicingOwners check their bookings, occupancy and monthly revenue in their own portal. You invite them and invoice them per booking, with e-invoicing.
