The PriceLabs integration sends your properties’ calendar and bookings from BnBFlow to PriceLabs. The PriceLabs prices come back to the BnBFlow calendar and go out to your channels, with each channel’s markup, and the minimum stay and closed arrivals and departures come from PriceLabs too.

PriceLabs sets the price. BnBFlow takes it to your channels.
The price received from PriceLabs becomes the nightly price in the BnBFlow calendar, and your markup applies on each channel. Days set by hand and booked days keep their price.

Add BnBFlow in PriceLabs
In PriceLabs, add the BnBFlow integration and allow it to add your properties.

Connect your account
In BnBFlow, enter your PriceLabs account email and the account is linked.

Choose the properties
Link them one by one; each needs its map location and a base price.

Turn the prices on
In PriceLabs, turn on “Sync prices”, and in BnBFlow switch the property to PriceLabs.
The first price usually arrives within minutes, within 24 hours at most.

In PriceLabs, add the BnBFlow integration; then in BnBFlow enter your PriceLabs account email, choose the properties and switch them to PriceLabs. In PriceLabs, turn on “Sync prices” for each listing.
What happens to the days I set myself?
They stay yours: PriceLabs doesn’t change them until you hand them back, in one click. Booked days keep their price too.
Can I use PriceLabs and SmartPrice on the same property?
No. Each property has one price source: manual, SmartPrice or PriceLabs. You can use PriceLabs on some properties and SmartPrice on others.
What happens if I disconnect PriceLabs?
The property goes back to manual pricing, and the prices received stay in the calendar.
