The standard description, ready to use.
BnBFlow is a PMS (property management software) for short-term rentals and serviced accommodation, a product of DTZ LABS S.R.L., with an office at One Cotroceni Park, Str. Nuțu Ion 44, Bucharest. It was shaped between Dubai and Bucharest: to the standard of a corporate client in the Emirates and inside the operation of one of Romania’s largest property management agencies.
The platform brings together online check-in with guest registration, the channel manager for Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia and other channels, smart locks, the team, owners, online payments and compliant invoicing, including Romania’s e-Factura. It runs on the web and in the iOS and Android apps.
BnBFlow works in Romania, Greece, the United Arab Emirates, Estonia and Italy, following each country’s rules for guest registration, invoicing and local taxes: compliance-ready, built by us or through partnership. The BnBFlow app is available in 6 languages: Romanian, English, Greek, Italian, Spanish and Estonian. Guests from more than 75 countries have checked in online with BnBFlow.

Florin-Dănuț Turmacu founded BnBFlow in 2025 after seeing the problem from both sides: as a tech entrepreneur since high school, and as a real estate investor who saw how much of running a property was still done by hand.
