WhatsApp messages
The code and the stay page, straight to WhatsApp.
With BnBFlow, after the check-in form, guests get their stay details, access code and a link to their stay page on WhatsApp, with your brand, name and phone number. The message goes out from the BnBFlow number, through the official WhatsApp Business integration, on a template approved by Meta.

About the messages on WhatsApp.
Didn’t find your answer? Message us — we reply the same business day, the next one at the latest.
Message us on WhatsAppWhat do guests get on WhatsApp?
After the check-in form, a message with the property, arrival and departure, the access code and a link to the stay page, with your brand, name and phone number. The day before arrival they can also get the check-in link, if the form isn’t done.
Do messages go out from my own WhatsApp number?
No. They go out from the BnBFlow number, through the official WhatsApp Business integration, with your brand, name and phone number in the message. You don’t need a Meta account or a new number.
Can I write the text of the WhatsApp messages?
No. On WhatsApp, businesses can only send messages on templates approved by Meta, so the text is standard. The messages you write are the automated messages: they go out in Airbnb or Booking.com chat and by email for direct bookings.
What happens if a guest replies on WhatsApp?
The message tells the guest it’s automated and gives them your name and phone number, so they can reach you directly. You carry on conversations in the BnBFlow inbox, in the channel chat or by email.
How do I turn on WhatsApp messages?
Add the WhatsApp module to your plan and turn it on for the properties you want. That’s it: the rest is already connected. WhatsApp is an optional module you can add to any plan.
How much does WhatsApp cost?
WhatsApp is an optional module, at €2.99 per unit per month, on any plan.
