You turn SmartPrice on for each property, give it a minimum price and, if you like, a maximum, and choose the channels it works on. You can start with recommendations that you apply yourself, then let it apply them on its own.

Working with PriceLabs? Connect it to your calendar.
You connect your PriceLabs account with its email and choose the properties. BnBFlow sends it your calendar and bookings, and the PriceLabs prices become the nightly price in your calendar and go out to your channels, with each channel’s markup.
- Minimum stay and closed arrivals and departures come through too
- A day you set stays yours, until you hand it back to PriceLabs

You turn SmartPrice on for a property, set the minimum price and, optionally, the maximum, and choose the channels. Each day’s price adjusts on its own, within your limits, and goes out to Airbnb and Booking.com. In Recommendations mode you see the proposals and apply them yourself.
Can I set the price for a specific day myself?
Yes. A price you set on a day takes priority and stays untouched. Whenever you want, you bring that day back to SmartPrice in one click.
Can I use PriceLabs with BnBFlow?
Yes. You connect your PriceLabs account, choose the properties, and the PriceLabs prices reach your BnBFlow calendar and your channels. Each property has one price source: manual, SmartPrice or PriceLabs.
Which plan includes dynamic pricing?
SmartPrice is an optional module, at €7.99 per unit per month, on the Professional and Standard plans, because it works on your connected channels.
