Access and smart locks

A unique code per stay.Sent by itself, on time.

BnBFlow connects to the smart locks you already use, from makers such as TTLock, Nuki or Tuya; if you have another model, tell us and we connect it. Every booking gets a unique code (created automatically on TTLock and Nuki; on Tuya, the temporary code is created from the app, with the stay dates), which the guest receives automatically on every connected channel: WhatsApp, the booking platform’s messages, email and the stay page. The code is active only between check-in and check-out, for bookings from any channel.

This is how the guest gets access: on the stay page, with the code, the door and the time it is active, and in the WhatsApp message sent after the check-in form. No app to download, no account.

02How it works

The booking comes in. The code is ready.

For every booking, BnBFlow creates the code on the lock, for the dates of the stay. The guest receives it on arrival day, and at check-out the code expires by itself.

Which smart lock works with Airbnb and sends the code by itself?

Your smart lock, connected to BnBFlow: from makers such as TTLock, Nuki or Tuya, and if you have another model, tell us and we connect it. For every Airbnb booking (or one from any other channel) you get a unique code — created automatically on TTLock and Nuki, from the app on Tuya — sent to the guest automatically and active only for the stay.

Does it work for Booking.com and direct bookings?

Yes. A code is created for every booking, whatever the channel: Airbnb, Booking.com, your website or a booking added by hand.

Can I send the code only after online check-in?

Yes. You can release access only once the guest has completed and signed the registration form.

I have another lock model. Will it work?

Tell us which lock you have and we look together at how to connect it: we are open to integrations. TTLock, Nuki and Tuya are examples, not a closed list.

How much is the lock module?

Smart Lock is an optional module at €4.99 per unit per month, on any plan.
