With the TTLock integration, BnBFlow creates a unique code on your lock for every stay, valid from check-in time to check-out, and sends it to the guest on every connected channel: WhatsApp, the booking platform’s messages, email and the stay page. At check-out, the code expires on its own.

The booking comes in. The code is ready.
Once the guest completes the form, BnBFlow creates the code on the lock, with the stay’s dates and times, and sends it with the confirmation. It works for bookings from any channel.

TTLock locks with a keypad, version V4 or newer, with a gateway. The app shows you whether a lock is compatible.
When does the guest get the code?
After completing the registration form, with the confirmation, on every connected channel: WhatsApp, the booking platform’s messages, email and the stay page. If you require the tourist tax to be paid first, the code goes out after payment.
What happens if the guest leaves early?
The code is shortened to the new departure time. If the booking is moved, the old code is revoked and a new one goes out.
How much does the smart lock module cost?
Smart Lock is an optional module, at €4.99 per unit per month, on any plan.
