In the reports you pick the period and a property, or all of them. The 360 report shows gross and net revenue, occupancy, bookings and cancellations, split by Airbnb, Booking.com and direct; occupancy and revenue also show month by month.
Where do the numbers come from?
From your channel bookings and the direct check-ins in BnBFlow. Net is the revenue left after the channel’s costs; bookings in different currencies are flagged, not converted.
Can I export reports?
The 360 report downloads as a PDF, with the per-property table, and the guest report as PDF or CSV, which opens straight in Excel.
Can owners see reports?
Yes, in the owner portal: occupancy, revenue, booking sources and invoices, only for their own properties.
Which plan includes reports?
Reports by channel, property and period come with the Professional plan. The guest report is an optional module you can add to any plan.
