1. What this policy covers
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies (local and session storage in your browser) the website bnbflow.io uses, operated by DTZ LABS S.R.L. The BnBFlow application (https://app.bnbflow.io) and how we process personal data are described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Strictly necessary
These are used by default, without consent, because the site cannot work as you expect without them (for example, remembering your cookie choice so the banner does not reappear on every page). They do not track you across other websites.
| Name | Provider | Where | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
bnbflow_analytics_consent | bnbflow.io (us) | Local storage (browser) | Remembers your cookie choice (accepted / rejected). | 6 months, then we ask again |
bnbflow_consent_at | bnbflow.io (us) | Local storage (browser) | The date you made your choice. | 6 months |
bnbflow_consent_v | bnbflow.io (us) | Local storage (browser) | The version of the notice you saw (if our tools change, we ask again). | 6 months |
NEXT_LOCALE | bnbflow.io (us) | Cookie | Remembers the language you picked in the language selector. | 1 year |
pv-* | bnbflow.io (us) | Session storage (browser) | On presentations we send (/p/…): an opening is counted only once. | Until you close the tab |
bnbflow_first_touch | bnbflow.io (us) | Session storage (browser) | If you came from a campaign (utm_…, gclid, fbclid parameters) or from another website: the source, sent only together with a form you fill in. | Until you close the tab |
3. Analytics (only with your consent)
Today the site does not use any analytics tool. If we enable one to understand how the site is used, it will load only after you choose “Accept all” or turn on “Analytics” in the cookie settings, and this list will be updated before that.
4. Marketing
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
5. Other websites
Some links open other services (for example WhatsApp, or AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity). Once you are on their site, their own cookie and privacy policies apply.
6. How to change or withdraw your choice
- Withdrawing is as easy as consenting: use “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page (or the button below) and choose “Reject”, or turn off “Analytics” and save.
- We keep your choice for 6 months, then ask again. We also ask again if the tools we use change.
- You can also delete cookies and site data from your browser settings; the banner will then appear again.
